I've tried logging in with my laptop, PC and phone app. I have verified that my login info is correct. Every time I submit my login info, I am not advanced to the store site to begin shopping. I have confirmed that the problem is not with my devices.

We just spend all day yesterday (due, again, to Meijer's very poor web site) putting together a grocery order. We entered our credit card information, clicked on ~"Place Order" and we got the message "We'll be back Soon! We are making some updates!" After a while, we refreshed the page and got a blank page. The cart still had our items so we tried twice after that to place our order again, with just a blank page being returned. Today, we find that our cart is empty.We have ordered groceries on-line from Meijer and had them delivered at least 4 times over the past several months, each time with much frustration due to Meijers poor web site design, but have stayed with Meijer because nothing else is available locally in Lowell, where we live. Each order has usually been in excess of $400 (this one would have been over $500). However, we are now DONE WITH MEIJER. We will today be re-entering our $500 order on either Walmart's or Costco's web site, even if it means having to go there and pick up the order when it is ready. It was bad enough having to spend the better part of a day on Meijer's web site to create an order. but having Meijer then lose it is the last straw.Once we leave Meijer, it is highly unlikely that we will ever return. Don't send us "apology” coupons - you need to take this VERY SERIOUSLY. We have seen many other comments on-line praising Walmart and Costco but, like us, being extremely frustrated by the Meijer site. - Gary Ritsema
